Thank you for shopping with Mantella Works. We take pride in producing high-quality products and getting them shipped out as quickly and safely as possible.
Order Processing Times
Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Some products may be built-to-order or produced in small batches. These items may require additional processing time before shipment. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package size, and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control.
If your package arrives damaged:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the packaging and the damaged item
- We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible
If a package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number. If additional assistance is needed, reach out to us, and we’ll help where possible.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges before being reshipped.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available for select products.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by their country.
Delivery times for international orders can vary significantly depending on destination and customs processing.
Large or Oversized Items
Some oversized products may require special packaging or freight shipping. Additional shipping charges may apply and we may contact you after purchase if adjustments are necessary.
Local Pickup (Optional)
Local pickup may be available for select orders. If available, pickup instructions will be provided after purchase.
